About Sabelhaus Team

Joe & Lisa Sabelhaus are co-owners of RE/MAX Town Center with office locations in Maryland and Delaware. We lead a team of dedicated, full-time agents through the Sabelhaus Team. Our core values are Excellence, Integrity, Professionalism and Fun. Our mission is to provide a smooth and stress-free transaction for our sellers and buyers and to have a little fun along the way. We understand that a real estate transaction is usually the biggest financial investment in our clients' lives and we take that responsibility seriously.

Our clients are treated to first class service and enjoy many perks as part of our Client Appreciation Program, ranging from informative market updates to exclusive happy hours and family events. I am happy to provide you with statistics about our success, however we prefer to keep our focus on YOU - our clients. We always put our clients' best interests FIRST.

Whether you are a seller, first-time buyer, or investor, moving-up, moving-down or moving-out, we are well-positioned and ready to assist you with your real estate goals. We would be excited to interview with you to earn your trust and your business. Thank you for your consideration!
